Closure Schedule:

February 18, 2025 (post-update): All in-game purchases and new user registrations will be disabled. The game will also be removed from the App Store and Google Play.

March 20, 2025, 10:00 (UTC+8): Game servers will be closed, and Masters will no longer be able to access the game.

FAQ Q: When will The Tale of Food officially close? A: The servers will close on March 20, 2025, at 10:00 (UTC+8), after which the game will no longer be accessible.

Q: What is the timeline leading up to the date of closure? A: Following the update on February 18, 2025, The Tale of Food will be removed from the App Store and Google Play. All in-game and web-based payment functions will also be disabled.

Q: Can I continue playing until the date of closure if I’ve already downloaded the game? A: Yes. Masters who have downloaded the game can continue playing and use all in-game items (including Jewels) until the servers close on March 20, 2025.

Q: Will I still be able to make purchases in the game? A: No. All payment functions will be disabled after the update on February 18, 2025.

Q: Can I request a refund for unused Jewels? A: Purchases of Jewels made between January 9 and February 18, 2025 may be eligible for a refund. Masters with unused Jewels can submit refund requests via in-game support or email thetaleoffood@madfungame.com from February 18 to March 20, 2025, 10:00 (UTC+8).
